• What areas do you work across? We clean gutters all over East and West Sussex including Brighton, Hove, Worthing, Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath, Lewes, Eastbourne, Seaford and neighbouring towns and villages. • Are you insured? Yes we have both public and product liability insurance with £5million in cover.
• Are my personal details safe with you? Yes, your personal details are perfectly safe with us and will never be passed on to any third party.
• What payment methods do you accept? We accept most payment types including Cash, Cheques, Credit Card payments both online and in person as well as Bank Transfers.
• How much do you charge to vacuum my gutters? There are a number of factors that determine the price to clear your gutters including length of gutters, height, access etc. However a free no obligation quotation can normally be provided over the phone, by checking your property on Google Earth..
• What's the importance of keeping my gutters clean? Your buildings gutters are an important element of a building's drainage system intended to move rain water away from your building rapidly. When gutters are not cleaned on a regular basis they become blocked with leaves, moss, grass, weeds, mud and other debris, and therefore the guttering is incapable of doing its job properly. This can lead to numerous serious issues including serious damp issues, damage to brickwork and rendering, and potentially damage to foundations.
• Will I need to be at home when you call to clean them? For residential customers, generally yes we will need access to a standard 13Amp plug socket to power our vacuum, however special arrangements can be made if this is not possible. However for our commercial customers we provide our own power by means of a large petrol generator.
• Can you clean commercial and industrial gutters as well as residential? Yes, we are happy to work for residential, public sector, commercial and industrial customers. We can clean the gutters of most building's up to about 40+ feet (approximately 12m) high which is an average 4 floor building.
• Will you need scaffolding or Ladders? No, generally all work is performed from the safety of the ground utilising commercial wet and dry vacuum cleaners and lightweight carbon fibre, wide bore poles. This provides not only an extremely safe and effective means of clearing blocked gutters - we successfully clean well over 1000 gutters every year - but also ensures that the gutter cleaning costs are kept to the minimum and delivers extremely good value and a very effective gutter clean. However on occasion, a ladder will be used.
• How will I know the gutters are clean? The cleared gutters are checked that they are clear and clean with a Full HD video camera. We are completely confident that your gutters will be left clear and free flowing
